Who We Are

Formed in early 2007, The Usual Suspects boast a phenomenal, all-star line-up of Sydney's most in-demand session musicians. Containing two virtuosic vocalists, as well as a full three-piece horn section, the band have cultivated an impressive reputation for delivering captivating, high-energy shows, that are guaranteed to have every audience member up and dancing. 

Consisting of tertiary qualified musicians, primarily from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, the band possesses exceptional technical mastery and musical virtuosity; with members having toured and  performed with renowned musicians James Morrison, Ricki- Lee Coulter, The Cat Empire, Renee Geyer and Guy Sebastian.

What We Do

The Usual Suspects specialise in providing wedding, party and corporate event entertainment. With tailored entertainment packages for every client, inclusive of complete PA, lighting, sound engineers, the opportunity to make song requests and more, every little detail is taken care of- all you have to worry about are your dance moves!

Drawing from an electrifying, horn-infused repertoire that spans across funk, pop, soul, r'n'b, jazz and motown, The Usual Suspects perform regularly at corporate and wedding venues including Opera Point Marquee, Dunbar House, Sergeants Mess, Gunners Barracks and The Tea Rooms QVB.
